Ordering<\/b><\/p>

1. On our home page, choose dates of your rental (1 week minimum)
2. Select the products you would like to rent and checkout.
3. Fill in your details on the reservation forms that follow for drop off\/pick up within the Tbilisi City Limits.
4. Confirm Liability Agreement & Terms
5. You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.

Airports <\/b><\/p>

Depending on your destination, airport service can be arranged several different ways. With the exception of full size cribs, items can be delivered to you directly at the same time you are picking up your rental vehicle or exiting the baggage claim area. All you need to do is provide your flight and car rental information on your reservation form along with an estimated time of arrival and departure. If you are not renting a vehicle and need service to your baggage claim area, please specify that in the \u201cSpecial Instructions\u201d section of your reservation form.<\/p>

Hotels <\/b><\/p>

Please be sure to let the hotel know you have a delivery coming and we will arrange the details with them. All other items can be dropped off and picked from the hotel front desk or concierge so you don\u2019t necessarily have to be there when we deliver or pickup. When you check out just return the items back to the front desk tagged with your name. Make sure that the items are returned back to the front desk at the beginning hour of the pickup time slot you select on your reservation form.<\/p>

Private Residence <\/b><\/p>

Yes we will deliver and pick up the baby gear right from a residence. Once you see the time options for your area simply ask the person you are staying with what would be most convenient for them. If you happen to miss the drop off\/pick up times, and we need to reschedule, there will be an additional delivery fee.<\/p>

Rental Properties <\/b><\/p>

If you or someone in your party will be at the destination during one of the available time windows offered for that location on both your delivery and pick up days then select the appropriate times on your reservation form and we will be there. Please make sure you are at the rental property at the agreed time. If you happen to miss the drop off\/pick up times, and we need to reschedule, there will be an additional delivery fee.<\/p>

Separate Delivery\/Pickup Locations <\/b><\/p>

Yes, we can pick up your rental equipment from a different location than the one it was dropped off at but it must be a location within the same city of Tbilisi. We do not do pick ups or drop offs outside of the Tbilisi City Limits. Simply specify the pickup address in the \u201cSpecial Instructions\u201d section of your reservation form. An extra fee may apply.<\/p>

Order Changes<\/b><\/p>

Making changes to an order can be done easily through our order editing system. Note that order changes are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email. Changes can be done up to 72 hours before your order. If you would like to make additions, you would have to fill out a new order if within 72 hours.<\/p>

If you would like to extend your reservation, please make a new reservation online or email us. We will need to confirm if we have the item available for that time. Only when you receive the confirmation, will the order be fulfilled.<\/p>

1. On the home page select the \u201cMy Orders\u201d tab and enter your login information.
2. From this page you can view and edit your order.
3. Once you have finished making your changes select the \u201cConfirm Order Updates\u201d tab at the bottom of the page and your all set.
4. We can also edit your order or answer any questions you may have but using the \u201cMessage\u201d tab to the right hand side of your order. Simply let us know what changes you would like to make and we will take it from there.<\/p>

Billing Information<\/b><\/p>

Once an order is placed your card will be verified and then charged within 48 hours. Any order cancellations or adjustments due to order changes will be applied to the credit card on file. Local bank fees apply. Sorry but we do not accept cash or checks. Please see our Terms and Conditions<\/a> page regarding order cancellations and other important information.<\/p>

The billing period for a reservation starts on the delivery day and concludes the day of pick up.<\/p>
