Delivery Policy<\/b><\/p>\n

There is generally a 4-hour time window needed for all deliveries and pickups of baby equipment if at a home, hotel, or rental property. If the delivery is at the airport, the products will be delivered to the baggage claim or rental car area as specified and agreed on.\u00a0 Once a selected time window is confirmed for delivery and pick up, it is the client’s responsibility to make sure someone is either at the location during that time window or that we have access. If no one is available at the location during your designated delivery or pick up time windows or we cannot gain access to the equipment there will be an attempt to reschedule with an additional delivery fee.<\/p>\n

If you are staying in a hotel delivery and pick up are usually made from the hotel front desk or meet in the lobby at an agreed time. If Kiddierent leaves the products at a hotel, residence, or rental property in advance, Kiddierent will document the condition of the item.\u00a0 It is the renter’s responsibility to make sure the equipment is tagged and placed back into the bell closet at the starting hour of the pickup time slot selected. DO NOT check out and leave the equipment in your room. If the equipment is not placed at the bell closet for return and our staff spends an excessive amount of time looking for it an extra charge will apply. \u00a0The renter is responsible for lost items in a hotel even after check out is complete so please make sure all equipment is tagged with your name upon check out. We also recommend getting the name of the bellman or hotel staff member you give the equipment back to. Please be sure to message us.<\/p>\n

Schedule Changes<\/b><\/p>\n

Any requests to change the delivery or pick up times within a 24 hour period are subject to scheduling availability and may result in a schedule change fee.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Day Charges<\/b><\/p>\n

Note that certain items require a 1 week rate on items. You may book items for only 1 or 2 nights but a 1 week charge may apply.<\/p>\n

Damages\/ Lost or Stolen Products<\/b><\/p>\n

With the exception of high chairs Kiddierent holds no food or drink policy in all rental equipment (water is OK). Kiddierent has a no sand policy on all strollers (strolling the boardwalk on the beach is OK but no strolling in the sand or putting children and or personal items with sand in strollers). The renter agrees that the products must be returned in the condition received or any cleaning fees assessed by Kiddirent will apply to the credit card on file. Please help us keep the equipment clean and safe for our next little guest.<\/p>\n

The renter is responsible for loss or theft of rental equipment and agrees to pay for any replacements needed. Products must be returned with all accessories and parts intact and in proper working order. Any excess damage to rental equipment aside from normal wear will be repaired or replaced (depending on the condition) at the expense of the renter. Any additional fees resulting from loss, theft, repair or replacement will apply to the credit card on file (or form of payment). Any extra trips to retrieve equipment again may result in an additional delivery fee.<\/p>\n

Cancellations & Early Termination<\/b><\/p>\n

It is understood that travel plans can change. Orders canceled within 72 hours of the delivery date\/time will be charged 100% of the original order amount.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Safety\/Sanitation<\/b><\/p>\n

Safety is a primary concern when renting baby equipment. We take safety and cleanliness very seriously. All of our rental items undergo an intensive inspection upon return and each part of the rental gets thoroughly cleaned. All machine washable parts and linens are laundered in hypoallergenic detergent and dried on high heat. Rental items are vacuumed and then disinfected and wiped down with a powerful all-natural botanical cleaner proven to kill 99.99% of germs. Then we use a steam cleaner for appropriate items to top it off. All rental gear is in\u00a0like-new condition\u00a0when you receive it. Products are checked and replaced as needed with a focus on the changing baby industry. \u00a0All equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized before delivery. Sanitation procedures will always uphold the highest standards. The cleaning fee ensures that you get the cleanest rental items that have also been checked thoroughly for safety.<\/p>\n

Car Seat<\/b><\/p>\n

Apologies, but car seats cannot be installed for you. Information on installing car seats are generally posted on the car seats themselves.<\/p>\n

All of our rental items are in like-new condition. If a car seat has visible damage, the car seat is removed from inventory and not rented out again.<\/p>\n

Additionally, our terms require clients to disclose if any accidents occur, minor OR major.<\/p>\n

Minor crash as one that meets all of the following:<\/p>\n

  • Vehicle was driven away from the scene<\/li>\n
  • No airbags were deployed<\/li>\n
  • No damage occurred to the door closest to the car seat<\/li>\n
  • No visible damage to car seat<\/li>\n
